I Love to cook

Hai , now i will tell about my interest . Honestly , the first thing that i learn is how to cook rice , it quite funny but  that is the fact..  i love to cook very much . My dream is master in ' Melayu 'dish.
 i always learn from my grandmother how to prepare  traditional cook. My first session that i learn from my grandmother is learn hoe to make ' KELUPIS ' . in sabah is usualy find during Hari Raya .

Futhermore , i have learn how to cook ' Bubur Kacang ' . in sabah before but it quite hard when i learn in mersing from chef Midah is quite different base on the ingredient they use. In addition , i all ready  taste  ' Sate 'from mersing  . It a quite diffrent from Sabah base on the taste .

During this one week holiday i has learn how to cook ' Asam Pedas ' from mersing Johor. i has learn how to make it from my friend mother.i was very lucky because her mother very kind to me and i call her as chef midah . Beside that , for the second session i have learn how to made ' ikan Masak berlada ' .I love to learn all this thing is because i will bring all this thing back to sabah. in there i can teach back to my younger sister.

Moreover, for the first time that i came in Melaka . I have learn how to made a  ' Terutup '. It is something like 'Kari ikan ' but it not . All the way how to prepare the ' Terutup ' it a little bit hard . bacause have to prepare the ingredient was hard . As a new person who are learn in ' Melayu " dish is quite hard , because a lot of thing is hard to identify the name of it .

  This is my favorite cloth . In my house that apron just only for me..i love to act like a chef at home but lately i contienue my study so that apron i live it alone .  I think my apron maybe all ready miss me even i do not know how to cook i still wearing apron . Act like chef make me feels go good . I hope one day i can be one of the chef at sabah but i know it just only in my dream because i take a differnt course .My father always teach me how to be good girl . My father said that want to be one of the person who other person love is from how you can cook . I always say to my father is i learn how to cook is because i want to learn it and make everyone happy with my cook  not because i want to make people to love me . That all from me..i hope i can create more story about session in cooking .  salam.
